Delete Your

DREAMHALL app Account

You can delete your DREAMHALL account at any time directly in the app.

To delete your account in the app:

1. Open the DREAMHALL app.

2. Go to your Profile.

3. Tap “Delete Account”.

4. Confirm the deletion.

 After deletion, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our active systems.

This includes: your account information; your email address; your saved reflections, notes, lists, goals, and other content you created in the app; your app-related user data connected to your account.

Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, tax, or compliance purposes.

You can also request account deletion by contacting us at: support@dreamhall.app. Please include the email address associated with your DREAMHALL account so we can identify your account and process your request.

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Delete specific data without deleting your account

You can delete specific content directly in the app without deleting your account.

For example: you can delete individual entries, notes, or insights at any time; you can manage and remove your data directly from within the app interface.
